Welcome to Offbeat Bulgaria, you`ll find us easily enough!

This is a nicely sized house in a very rural environment, very easy access and in excellent solid condition.

On the ground floor is a huge 7m long room, with 2 other of about 4m x 4m off a big hallway, all nice and cool with great big thick walls and a feeling of solidity. Upstairs is a 7m x 4m room, unusual for rural Bulgaria, but very welcome! There are another 2 bedrooms (?) up here, another big hallway and a balcony with views to the forests......super. The rooms have double-glazing that wants a bit of work, but not bad at all and the floors are solid wood, as are the period doors. All very light and airy.

The garden is 1300m2 nicely level and useful and with a couple of barns at the end, just before the well. It`s a bit of a jungle at the moment, but obviously very fertile and feels much bigger than it is. There is very easy access to the house and garden from the road, water and electricity not a problem. You`ll have to convert a room into a more modern bathroom, but this is normal for the region and not expensive.

The house is in good order, very strong and solid, nicely private even though it`s in a village and backs onto woods and lush hills, perfect for idyllic wandering. There are a couple of shops in this up and coming village, a historic part, small river and a great base to explore this unique area, 10 km from Yablanitsa which has just about everything you`ll need.
